.

1.5 c of pineapple chunks in heavy syrup.

4 TBSP soy sauce

4 TBSP vinegar

4TBSP brown sugar

½ tsp pepper

1 tsp paprika

2 chicken bouillon cubes

1 tsp mustard (DRY)

2 TBSP starch in 2 cups of cold water.

2 TBSP minced onion


Mix together and put on LOW burner.


Boneless pork chops cut in strips.

Dip in egg wash then flour

Brown in oil

Cook on low or it will burn

As they get done take them out and drop them into the sauce.

Sauce will thicken, as it gets hot.

Feeds 2-4.

Some serve over rice, others noodles.
